Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to Talenteria’s leadership team
- Assess clients’ financial goals and develop tailored investment or saving strategies
- Prepare detailed reports on financial status, forecasts, and investment plans
- Monitor and interpret trends in markets, technology, and business practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with company goals
- Identify and help mitigate financial risks through smart recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
- Support budgeting, financial modeling, and quarterly/annual financial reviews
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial strategies and processes
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience as a Financial Advisor, Analyst, or in a similar financial planning role (tech/SaaS a plus)
- Solid understanding of investment strategies, risk management, and financial markets
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues
- Regulatory certifications (e.g. CFA, CFP) are a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to make a meaningful impact
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing environment preferred
